12 September – Interunix Networking Solutions Sdn. Bhd., an IT Solutions provider specialising in Network Infrastructure, Security and Development, is hosting The Malaysian Insider a local Malaysian independent news website. Interunix was involved in setting up new servers for the website and hosting these servers in Interunix’s facility in Jaring, Technology Park Malaysia.  Since The Malaysian Insider was a high traffic website Interunix had to optimize the servers to handle the high loads of the server, and they were successful at this as the website now loads very quickly and has dramatically improved the end-user’s experience.The Malaysian Insider gets roughly 4 Million requests a day and so far the server has been holding up with the load pretty well.
